《GB/T 23468-2009坠落防护装备安全使用规范》由TC112（全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会）归口，TC112SC7（全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会坠落防护装备分会）执行，主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准规定了安全网、安全带等坠落防护装备的配备要求、安全使用要求、使用期限、定期检验要求及标识管理要求。
本标准适用于高处作业、攀登及悬吊作业中使用的安全网、安全带等坠落防护装备。
本标准不适用于体育运动、消防等用途的坠落防护装备。

This standard specifies requirements for fall protection equipments such as safety nets and personal fall protection system, which include configuration, safety use, service life, periodical inspection and marking management.
This standard is applicable to fall protection equipment such as safety nets and personal fall protection system which is used in the work at heights, climbing and suspension operations.
This standard is not applicable to fall protection equipment used for athletic sports and firefighting.
