《GB/T 31422-2015个体防护装备护听器的通用技术条件》由TC112（全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会）归口，TC112SC2（全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会头部防护装备分会）执行，主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准规定了耳罩式和耳塞式护听器的要求、物理性能测试、声学性能测试及标识等。
本标准适用于在工作场所中使用的耳罩式和耳塞式护听器。
本标准不适用于带孔或阀的护听器的声学性能测试和带电路护听器的电路开启状态下的声学性能测试。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, physical performance test, acoustic performance test and marking of earmuff and earplug hearing protectors. This standard applies to earmuffs and earplugs for use in the workplace. This standard does not apply to the acoustic performance test of hearing protectors with holes or valves and the acoustic performance test of hearing protectors with circuits in the open state of the circuit.
