《GB/T 38696.1-2020眼面部防护 强光源(非激光)防护镜 第1部分:技术要求》由TC112(全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会)归口,TC112SC1(全国个体防护装备标准化技术委员会眼面部防护分会)执行,主管部门为应急管理部。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical indicators | Class F requirements | Class B requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Ultraviolet protection (250-380nm) | Transmittance ≤0.4% | Transmittance ≤0.4% |
| Blue light protection (380-550nm) | Transmittance grading control | Special weighted calculation (B(λ) function) |
| Infrared protection (780-3000nm) | Average transmittance ≤ 50% | Average transmittance ≤ 50% |
Key technical requirements
Optical performance control
The standard stipulates that the spectral transmittance test must be carried out within the wavelength range of 250-3000nm, and the measurement interval must be ≤10nm. Among them:
- Class F protective glasses are divided into 6 levels (F1-F6) according to the visible light transmittance, with the minimum requirement of τV≥0.44%
- Class B protective glasses use the blue light hazard weighting function B(λ) to calculate the transmittance, and are also divided into 6 levels
Material and structural requirements
The protective glasses must meet the following requirements:
- The side guards of the frame must provide the same level of protection as the filter
- Nickel precipitation of skin contact parts <0.5μg/(cm²·week)
- Tools are required for filter assembly to prevent accidental shedding
Application field description
The standard clearly applies to: medical beauty equipment, industrial curing equipment, food processing production line and other places with 250-3000nm strong light sources, but does not include special application scenarios such as welding and laser.
Test verification requirements
Key test items include:
- Optical performance test: Use a spectrophotometer to measure the spectral transmission curve
- Mechanical strength test: 22mm steel ball 1m free fall impact
- Environmental tolerance: -20℃~55℃ temperature cycle and UV aging test
