Scope

This standard specifies the eddy current inspection requirements and acceptance regulations for titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires. This standard is applicable to eddy current testing for surface and near-surface defects of titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires with a diameter of 2 mm to 16 mm.
