《GB/T 23902-2009无损检测 超声检测 超声衍射声时技术检测和评价方法》由TC56(全国无损检测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了超声衍射声时技术的方法总则。本标准适用于碳素钢和低合金钢制件中不连续的检测和定量。本标准也适用于其它类型材料,前提是使用衍射声时技术时要充分考虑材料的几何和声学特性以及检测的灵敏度。本标准适用于材料中的不连续检测和GB/T 5616中所包含的应用,也包括其中提到的焊缝。选择此方法的原因在于其明确的超声探头位置和扫查方向。除非在引用文件中另有规定,否则本标准是可适用的最低要求。除非另有明确声明,否则本标准适用于表1中规定的产品等级:-- 1级,没有限制;-- 2级和3级,有关限制见第9章;-- 4级和5级,产品的检查将要求有专用的工艺规程,第9章中有类似说明。表1 产品等级等级 特征 探头面纵向截面 探头面横向截面1 具有两个平行表面(如:盘和片) 2 具有平行、共轴曲面(如:管) 3 多个方向均为曲面(如:碟形封头) 4 横截面是实心圆(如:棒和饼) 5 复杂形状(如:管口、管座)


Scope

This standard specifies the general rules for the method of ultrasonic diffraction sound technology. This standard applies to the detection and quantification of discontinuities in carbon steel and low alloy steel parts. It is also applicable to other types of materials, provided that the geometrical and acoustic properties of the material and the sensitivity of the detection are fully considered when using diffracted acoustic technology. Suitable for discontinuity detection in materials and applications included in GB/T 5616, including welds mentioned therein.
