Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of anti-static clean fabrics. This standard applies to fabrics used in clean rooms and related controlled environments in the electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food and other industries to make clean room clothing, hats, gloves, shoe covers and other products.
