Key structural requirements

6.5 Electrical clearance regulations: The minimum clearance is 1.5mm when the rated impulse voltage is ≤2.5kV, and the creepage distance of material group I is 4.0mm at 320V insulation voltage. The insulation material must pass the glow wire test (GB/T5169.5) to verify the fire tolerance.

The number of mechanical operation tests for cabinet-type complete sets of equipment is increased from 50 times to 200 times, and the hinges must withstand a load of 4 times the door weight (≥10kg).
