本标准规定了中凹形弹簧数控卷簧机的术语和定义、标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于加工弹簧床垫、沙发、坐垫中的中凹形冷卷螺旋压缩弹簧(包括有结簧和无结簧,端圈形状为圆形或异形,以下简称弹簧)的设备。本标准不适用于其他弹簧加工设备。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, marks, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of concave spring CNC coiling machines. This standard is applicable to the equipment for processing concave-shaped cold-rolled helical compression springs in spring mattresses, sofas and cushions. This standard does not apply to other spring processing equipment.
