《GB/T 24475-2009电梯远程报警系统》由TC196（全国电梯标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准适用于各类乘客电梯和载货电梯的报警系统。
本标准规定了提供给电梯业主的有关维修服务和救援服务的最基本的信息。
本标准考虑了按预定用途和在供应商预定的条件下使用电梯时，因电梯未能正常工作而造成使用
人员被困的主要危险。
本标准不适用于其他情况下寻求帮助的报警系统，如心脏病发作、信息查询等。
本标准是对ＧＢ７５８８―２００３和ＧＢ２１２４０―２００７１４．２．３紧急报警装置相关规定的补充。

Scope

This standard applies to all types of alarm systems for passenger elevators and freight elevators. This standard specifies the most basic information about maintenance services and rescue services provided to elevator owners. This standard considers the main hazards of people being trapped due to the failure of the elevator to work properly when the elevator is used for its intended purpose and under the conditions predetermined by the supplier. This standard does not apply to alarm systems for assistance in other situations, such as heart attacks, information inquiries, etc. This standard is a supplement to the relevant provisions of GB 7588-2003 and GB 21240-2007 14.2.3 Emergency alarm devices.
