本标准规定了缓冲器的分类、技术要求、测试方法、检验规则及标识。
本标准适用于体重及负重之和不大于100kg的人员高处作业、登高及悬吊作业中使用的缓冲器。

This Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings for energy absorbers.
This Standard is applicable to energy absorbers limited to single-person use of total mass (body weight and load weight) not exceeding 100 kg for high altitude operation, climbing and suspending operations.
