《GB/T 24823-2009普通照明用LED模块 性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了普通照明用ＬＥＤ 模块的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存
等。其模块形式有各种发光单件方式（例如对称、非对称、矩形、椭圆）及组合方式。其ＬＥＤ 可安装在平
面上，也可安装在曲面上。本标准适用于在恒定电压、恒定电流或恒定功率下工作的、不带整体式控制装置的ＬＥＤ 模块及采用２５０Ｖ 以下直流或１０００Ｖ 以下５０Ｈｚ或６０Ｈｚ交流电源的自镇流ＬＥＤ 模块。
注１：不带整体式控制装置的ＬＥＤ 模块简称为“ＬＥＤ 模块”，不带整体式控制装置的ＬＥＤ 模块及自镇流ＬＥＤ 模块
统称为“模块”。
注２：本标准中的“镇流”术语泛指变压、限流或稳流，这与气体放电光源正常工作所需的“镇流”含义有所不同。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of LED modules for general lighting. Its module forms include various luminous single-piece modes (such as symmetrical, asymmetrical, rectangular, elliptical) and combined modes. Its LEDs can be installed on a flat surface or on a curved surface. This standard is applicable to LED modules without integrated control devices and self-ballasted LED modules using DC power supply below 250V or AC power supply below 1000V at 50Hz or 60Hz, working under constant voltage, constant current or constant power.
