Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, nameplate, transportation, storage, etc. of resistance welding machine controllers. This standard applies to the controllers of spot welding, projection welding, seam welding, butt welding and other resistance welding machines of power frequency, intermediate frequency or secondary rectification under general conditions of use. Some special requirements put forward by different resistance welding machines for controllers can be stipulated by enterprise product standards or technical conditions with users on the basis of this standard. For other types of resistance welding machine controllers, this standard can be implemented by reference. The controller and the resistance welding machine can be integrated or separated, but no matter which structure is used, it should meet the requirements of this standard.
