Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, design, materials, manufacture, inspection and shipment of integrated skid-mounted, oil-lubricated cylinders, split or integral reciprocating compressors with drivers for the oil and gas industry Preparation requirements. This standard also applies to all necessary auxiliary equipment, such as: water and air coolers, silencers, exhaust emission control equipment, filters, separators, control panels and pipelines, etc. It stipulates the minimum requirements for procurement specifications, on-site construction and equipment procurement that can be followed. These devices are assembled into an operable unit according to the procurement specifications and the minimum requirements for on-site construction and installation equipment.
