Details of key testing technologies

1. Light sealing test

Use standard ring gauge with 400-500lx illumination light source, and require the light transmission rate to be blocked ≥95%. Notes during testing:

  • Ring gauge diameter tolerance H5
  • Rotation is allowed to eliminate the influence of surface roughness
  • Optical magnification equipment is prohibited
