《GB/T 4672-2003往复式内燃机手操纵控制机构标准动作方向》由TC177（全国内燃机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了往复式内燃机，特别是船用和铁路牵引用往复式内燃机，调速和换向用手操纵控制机构的动作方向与操纵者位置是否靠近或远离发动机无关。液体和气体用控制阀不包括在内。

Scope

This standard specifies that for reciprocating internal combustion engines, especially reciprocating internal combustion engines for marine and railway traction, the action direction of the manual control mechanism for speed regulation and reversing has nothing to do with whether the operator is close to or far away from the engine. Control valves for liquids and gases are not included.
