《GB/T 25428-2015石油天然气工业 钻井和采油设备 钻井和修井井架、底座》由TC96(全国石油钻采设备和工具标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了石油工业钻井和修井作业用钢结构的要求和推荐作法,提供了统一的钢结构检定方法以及两种产品规范级别(PSL)。
本标准适用于生效日期后制造的所有新的钢制塔形井架、轻便井架(包括绷绳轻便井架和修井机轻便井架)、底座和天车总成。

Key Technology Innovations

This standard introduces the special design load table for the workover rig derrick for the first time, adds a new chapter on ice load calculation, and uses a three-dimensional wind load piece-by-piece analysis method to replace the traditional overall coefficient method, with an accuracy improvement of 40%. Typical application case: Under unexpected storm conditions, a platform derrick in Bohai successfully withstood 70kn gusts through a dual load path connection design.


Implementation points

  1. PSL2 grade materials need to trace the heat treatment batch number throughout the process
  2. Key welds must be 100% visually inspected + 20% surface flaw detection
  3. Wind speed relationship curve requires linear transition stress coefficient
  4. Offshore structure overturning safety factor shall not be less than 1.5

Standard evolution comparison

Main changes compared with the 2010 version: 4 terms such as guide rails are deleted, nameplate requirements for workover rigs are added, shielding correction factor Ksh is introduced into wind load calculation, and Appendix C procurement guidelines are added. Major adjustments: The concept of standard ratings is cancelled and the dynamic classification of structural safety level (SSL) is used instead.
