本标准规定了石油工业钻井和修井作业用钢结构的要求和推荐作法,提供了统一的钢结构检定方法以及两种产品规范级别(PSL)。
本标准适用于生效日期后制造的所有新的钢制塔形井架、轻便井架(包括绷绳轻便井架和修井机轻便井架)、底座和天车总成。

Key Technology Innovations
This standard introduces the special design load table for the workover rig derrick for the first time, adds a new chapter on ice load calculation, and uses a three-dimensional wind load piece-by-piece analysis method to replace the traditional overall coefficient method, with an accuracy improvement of 40%. Standard evolution comparison
Main changes compared with the 2010 version: 4 terms such as guide rails are deleted, nameplate requirements for workover rigs are added, shielding correction factor Ksh is introduced into wind load calculation, and Appendix C procurement guidelines are added. Major adjustments: The concept of standard ratings is cancelled and the dynamic classification of structural safety level (SSL) is used instead.
