《GB/T 2573-2008玻璃纤维增强塑料老化性能试验方法》由TC39(全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准同时代替GB/T 2573-1989《玻璃纤维增强塑料大气暴露试验方法》、GB/T 2574-1989《玻璃纤维增强塑料湿热试验方法》、GB/T 2575-1989《玻璃纤维增强塑料耐水性试验方法》和GB/T 10703-1989《玻璃纤维增强塑料耐水性加速试验方法》。本标准规定了玻璃纤维增强塑料大气暴露、湿热、耐水性和耐水性加速四项老化性能试验的试验原理、试验设备、试样、试验条件、试验步骤以及结果计算等。本标准适用于评定玻璃纤维增强塑料在无外加应力状态下大气暴露、在恒定或交变湿热条件下以及在水介质条件下对其外观、物理或力学性能的影响。本标准与GB/T 2573~2575―1989和GB/T 10703-1989相比主要变化如下:
―――将GB/T 2573~2575―1989和GB/T 10703-1989合并为一个标准;
―――减少部分引用文件(GB/T 2574-1989、GB/T 2575-1989和GB/T 10703-1989年版的第2章,本版的第2章);
―――增加自然气候老化的定义(见第3章);
―――增加试验原理(见4.1.1、4.2.1、4.3.1和4.4.1);
―――删去大气暴露试验设备结构示意图(GB/T 2573-1989中的5.1);
―――增加了测定太阳辐射仪器设备(见4.1.2.2和4.1.2.3);
―――修改大气暴露方向要求,并对暴露角的规定由纬度角及45°改为根据不同暴露目的选取不同
暴露角(GB/T 2573-1989中的5.4,本标准的4.1.4.1);
―――修改大气暴露地点要求,增加了气候条件(GB/T 2573-1989中的第4章,本标准的4.1.4.2和附录A);
―――增加大气暴露阶段要求(GB/T 2573-1989中的6.4,本标准的4.1.4.3);
―――增加对大气暴露试验中气象情况的记录要求(见4.1.5.5)。
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test principles, test equipment, test specimens, test conditions, test procedures and result calculation, etc. for four aging property tests of glass fiber reinforced plastics, i.e., atmosphere exposure, damp heat, water resistance and accelerated water resistance.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of influence of atmosphere exposure on the appearance and physical or mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced plastics at the state without applied stress and under the steady or alternating damp heat condition as well as under aqueous medium condition.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terminologies and definitions apply.
3.1
Natural weather aging
It refers that the material is installed at fixed angle or on an experimental bench of which the angle seasonally changes and is exposed in natural environment for a long term. Such kind of exposure generally is used for evaluating the influence of environmental factor on various properties of material.
