Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (or order form) content of high-purity copper (5N and 6N). This standard applies to high-purity copper for sputtering targets and ion coatings, various connecting wires in the electronics industry, bonding wires for electronic packaging, high-quality audio cables, etc. It can also be used to manufacture high-purity reagents, standard samples and advanced alloys.
