Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs and packaging of peak inductance micrometers. This standard is applicable to peak inductance micrometers (hereinafter referred to as "micrometers") with graduation values of 0.1 μm and 1 μm and indicated by pointers.
