Key performance indicators

Material mechanical requirements

BFe10-1-1 alloy in soft annealing (O60) state:

  • Tensile strength ≥290MPa
  • Elongation after fracture ≥35%
  • Vickers hardness 75-100HV

The newly added BFe30-1-1 alloy is required to have a hardness of 100-140HV, which significantly improves its resistance to seawater corrosion.
