《GB/T 2650-2022金属材料焊缝破坏性试验 冲击试验》由TC55(全国焊接标准化技术委员会)归口,TC55SC3(全国焊接标准化技术委员会焊缝试验和检验分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。

1 Scope
This document specifies the sampling codes for impact testing of welded butt joints, examples of codes, test procedures and test reports. This document applies to the impact test of fusion and press welded joints of metallic materials.
This document is supplementary to GB/T 229 and contains sample codes for butt joints and additional reporting requirements.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the cited documents, only the date of the corresponding version applies to this document; do not note the date of the cited documents, the latest version (including all the revision of the list) applies to this document.
GB/T 229 Metallic materials, Charpy pendulum impact test method (GB/T 229-2020, ISO 148-1:2016, MOD)
3 Terminology and definitions
There are no terms or definitions in this document that need to be defined.
4 General rules
The impact specimen shall be intercepted horizontally from the welded joint transversely, and the longitudinal axis of the specimen shall be perpendicular to the direction of the weld length, and the location of the notch may be determined by macro erosion.
Impact test should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 229. Test temperature, sampling location, sample type, sample size and notch orientation should be in accordance with the provisions of the relevant application standards.
5 Sampling code
5.1 Sampling code system
The sampling code system consists of the type of specimen, the location and direction of the notch letters and the notch from the reference line RL distance (in mm) of the number composition. See Tables 1 and 2 for the method of expressing sampling codes.
5.2 Characters
Sampling code consists of the following characters:
The first character; with "U" indicates Charpy U-shaped notch; "V" indicates Charpy V-shaped notch.
The second character: with "w" indicates the notch in the weld metal, then the reference line RL is the weld centre line on the specimen; with H" indicates the notch
in the heat affected zone, where the reference line RL is the vertical line leading from the intersection of the longitudinal axis of the specimen and the fusion line/press weld bond line to the surface of the base material.
The third character: "S" indicates that the notched surface is parallel to the surface of the joint/specimen.
5.3 Additional information
When the above sampling code does not adequately express the location of the specimen or the orientation of the notch, it is appropriate to provide a schematic diagram prepared in accordance with the welding procedure.
6 Code examples
Examples of sampling codes are shown in Table 1, Table 2 and Figure 1.
7 Test procedure
The specimens indicated in this document should be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 229.
8 Test report
In addition to the requirements of the test report in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 229, it should include the following:
a) based on the document number: such as GB/T2650-2022;
b) Specimen sampling code;
c) If available, the type and size of defects observed; d) If required, a diagram;
e) other elements as required by the application standard and/or protocol. An example of a typical test report is given in Appendix A.
