Introduction
Standard Revision and Technology Evolution
This standard replaces the 2011 version. The main technical upgrades include: expanding the rated discharge pressure range to 0.6-5.0MPa, increasing the upper limit of gas content to 85%, adding new material selection specifications for hydrogen sulfide environments, and improving the performance test system. It reflects the technical requirements of my country's oil and gas field development for the adaptability of twin-screw mixed delivery pumps to high gas content conditions.
Core parameter system
| Performance indicators | 2011 version requirements | 2019 version requirements | Technology improvement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rated pressure range(MPa) | 0.6-4.0 | 0.6-5.0 | High pressure working condition support |
| Upper limit of gas content(%) | 80 | 85 | Enhanced adaptability of gas-liquid ratio |
| Volumetric efficiency(% @1.6MPa) | ≥75 | ≥80 | Sealing performance optimization |
Key technical requirements
4.5 Basic parameter specifications
The flow range covers 2.5-1000m³/h, and the pressure classification reaches 7 levels. Under special working conditions, the oil-gas mixed transmission pump is allowed to operate under the conditions of sand content ≤500g/m³ and medium viscosity 1×10⁻⁶~1×10⁻¹m²/s.
4.11 Efficiency grading system
Establish a five-level efficiency evaluation standard with gas content of 20%-100%. For example, under a pressure difference of 1.6MPa:
- Pure liquid state (gas content 0%): efficiency ≥65%
- High gas content state (85%): efficiency ≥50%
- Pure gas state (100%): efficiency ≥10%
Test method innovation
5.3.2 Performance test grouping
Adopt a two-group test method:
| Test group | Medium requirements | Test parameters |
|---|---|---|
| Group I (Basic) | Clean water/low viscosity oil | Q, ηv |
| Group II (Extended) | Gas content 0-100% | Q, N, η, pd |
New Appendix D requires recording of gas/liquid phase flow data to provide basic data for multiphase flow research.
Material and safety specifications
Article 4.22 specifies that hydrogen sulfide-containing media should use sulfur-resistant materials that comply with GB/T 20972.2 to prevent stress corrosion cracking. Supporting requirements:
- The explosion-proof grade of the motor in explosive environment complies with GB3836.1
- Bearing temperature monitoring ≤80℃
- Noise control: ≤85dB(A)@37kW
Implementation suggestions
Key points for selection and application
- Select a model that matches the efficiency curve according to the actual gas content
- Sulfur-containing working conditions should give priority to using 316L and other sulfur-resistant material pump bodies
- For large flow conditions (>400m³/h), pay attention to the attenuation of the upper pressure limit
Maintenance specifications
It is recommended to perform the following every 2000 hours:
- Rotor clearance detection (standard value 0.10-0.15mm)
- Overflow valve sealing test (1.1-1.3 times rated pressure)
- Retest volumetric efficiency (a 5% drop requires maintenance)
