Scope
This standard specifies the designation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, storage, packaging and transportation requirements of alloy wear-resistant steel castings other than austenitic manganese steel. This standard applies to wear-resistant steel castings in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, electric power, construction, railways, ships, coal, chemicals and machinery. Other types of wear-resistant steel castings can also be implemented by reference.
