Take GQ4522 as an example:

  • Tensile strength: 4500-5500MPa (increased by 300MPa)
  • Elastic modulus: 220-260GPa (discrete coefficient ≤3%)
  • Sizing agent content: classification accuracy increased to 0.5%

Implementation Suggestions

  1. When selecting materials, pay attention to the solvent-process combination code (such as SW means DMSO solvent + wet process)
  2. In the aviation field, it is recommended to use high-strength and high-modulus fibers such as QM5535
  3. Pay attention to temperature and humidity control during storage (23±2℃/50±10%RH is recommended)
