Introduction

1. Background and significance of the standard

GB/T 27545-2024 "Horizontal circulation type mechanical parking equipment" is the latest standard jointly issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Administration of Standardization, replacing the original GB/T 27545-2011. This standard comprehensively revises the terminology, technical parameters, manufacturing requirements, installation specifications and test methods for horizontal circulation type mechanical parking equipment, aiming to improve the safety, reliability and intelligence level of the equipment.

The new term "horizontal circulation type mechanical parking equipment" and its definition are added to ensure the uniformity and standardization of industry terms.

3.2 Types and basic parameters

The equipment types are divided into three types: circular, rectangular and multi-row and multi-column circulation, and each type is equipped with a schematic diagram (Figure 1). The basic parameters include the size, mass and maximum entry (exit) time of a single car, and the maximum storage capacity should not exceed 100 parking spaces.

3.3 Technical requirements

Technical requirements cover environmental conditions, design and configuration, overall performance and safety protection. For example:

  • Ambient temperature range: -5℃ to 40℃, altitude not exceeding 1000m.
  • Metal structure materials: The mechanical properties of the main load-bearing structural parts shall not be lower than Q235 steel or No. 20 steel.
  • Welding quality requirements: There shall be no obvious defects in the appearance of the weld, and the acceptance level of radiographic inspection shall not be lower than the Level 2 standard of GB/T 37910.1-2019.

3.4 Installation and test methods

Installation requirements include firm connection of metal structures, track deviation control and buffer installation error. The test method adds static load test and dynamic load test to ensure that the equipment operates normally under rated load and dynamic conditions.

4. Implementation suggestions

4.1 Equipment selection and procurement

  • Select the equipment type (circular, rectangular or multi-row multi-column cycle) according to actual needs.
  • Focus on the maximum storage capacity of the equipment and the maximum entry (exit) time of a single vehicle to ensure that it meets the requirements of the use scenario.

4.2 Manufacturing and assembly

  • Strictly select metal structural materials and welding processes in accordance with standard requirements to ensure that the non-destructive testing of welds meets the standards.
  • During the equipment manufacturing process, focus on checking the interchangeability of the vehicle carrier and the flexibility of the moving parts.

4.3 Installation and commissioning

  • After the installation is completed, carry out no-load, rated load and static load tests to ensure that the equipment operates normally.
  • During the debugging phase, focus on checking the leveling accuracy and translation positioning accuracy to ensure that the error is within the allowable range.
