Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and operating specifications for the detection methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis real-time fluorescent PCR. This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis in clinical samples such as bacterial cultures, blood samples, milk samples, sputum, tissues and organs, and feces.
