Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of niobium and niobium alloy waste (hereinafter referred to as waste) produced in the production and manufacturing of niobium materials, niobium products and niobium equipment or dismantled from waste equipment , quality certificate and contract (or order form) content. This standard applies to various niobium and niobium alloy scraps used as recycled raw materials. This standard does not apply to niobium and niobium alloy wastes that are harmful to the environment and human body.
