Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for drilling and plugging of pipelines under pressure. This standard is applicable to steel oil and gas transmission pipeline drilling operations under pressure and plugging operations such as plug-type, folding-type, cylinder-type, and capsule-type plugging operations (for other media, refer to the implementation).
