Scope

This standard specifies the principles, procedures, content and basic requirements for the assessment and control of consumer product quality and safety factors. This standard is applicable to the assessment and control of quality and safety factors in the life cycle of consumer products to guide the quality and safety management of consumer products based on quality and safety factors. This standard applies to the assessment and control of quality and safety factors in consumer product quality and safety accident scenarios that may cause personal injury to consumers, and does not include consumer product quality and safety accident scenarios that may cause property or environmental loss or damage.
