Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. of emergency starting cables for road vehicles (hereinafter referred to as starting cables). This standard applies to starting cables with a nominal voltage of 12V or 24V and a starting current not exceeding 750A.
