Scope

This standard specifies the hydraulic test method, technical requirements and acceptance criteria for the main circuit of a PWR nuclear power plant to confirm that the integrity of the pressure boundary of the main circuit and the quality of equipment manufacturing and installation meet the requirements for long-term stable operation of the unit and nuclear safety specifications. This standard is applicable to the hydraulic test of the main circuit in the initial commissioning stage of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.
