Method 1: GC/MS (arbitration method)

Innovation: Silica/PSA solid phase extraction column is used for purification, and SIM mode scanning uses the quantitative ion abundance ratio as the qualitative basis

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometryParameters:

  • Chromatographic column: 5% phenyl-methylpolysiloxane capillary column
  • Temperature program: 60℃(1min)→220℃(4min)→290℃(5min)
  • Characteristic ions: DMP(163), DEHP(149), etc.

Method 2: HPLC

Suggestions for the implementation of the standard

Main points for matrix pretreatment

  1. Aqueous agents: Direct extraction with n-hexane to avoid contamination of plastic containers
  2. Cream: Methanol ultrasonication requires sodium chloride demulsification
  3. Solid: Sea sand is recommended for auxiliary grinding of lipstick samples

Quality control requirements

  • Blank tests must be conducted simultaneously
  • Relative deviation of parallel samples ≤15%
  • Positive results must be repeated by GC/MS

Technology evolution analysis

The revision of this standard reflects three major trends: ①Detection sensitivity improved (GC/MS quantitative limit reduced from 5.0mg/kg to 2.5mg/kg); ② The universality of the method was enhanced (full coverage of 24 substances); ③ Green detection concept (reducing the amount of organic solvents, solid phase extraction instead of liquid-liquid extraction).
