Scope

This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result judgment required for the detection method of white spot syndrome in situ hybridization. This part is applicable to the evaluation of infection degree and virus expansion status of shrimp and other sensitive host tissue cells of white spot syndrome and the diagnosis of the disease. It is not suitable for virus detection of non-infectious carriers of the virus.
