Scope

This standard specifies the relevant definitions, calculation principles, methods, content, technical requirements and measurement and verification schemes for energy saving measurement and verification. This standard is applicable to the measurement and verification of energy-saving energy-saving technological transformation projects (hereinafter referred to as "projects"). The energy saving measurement and verification of newly-built projects and management projects can also be used as a reference.
