Scope

This standard specifies the use conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of biological artificial climate test chambers. This standard applies to biological artificial climate test chambers (hereinafter referred to as biological chambers) equipped with active refrigeration devices and (or) heating devices, artificial light sources and (or) humidification devices and other simulated artificial environments for biological purposes.
