Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the gelation time of epoxy powder encapsulating materials for electronic components. This standard is applicable to the determination of the gelation time of epoxy powder encapsulation materials, not applicable to the determination of the gelation time of epoxy powder encapsulation materials with ultra-short gelation time (less than 15s).
