Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of wooden stairs. This standard applies to assembled wooden stairs and their wooden components in residential buildings. This standard does not apply to public places and outdoor wooden stairs.
