Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, configuration requirements and application conditions, operating conditions, operation and management of cooling ventilation, and operator requirements for grain coolers. This standard applies to the cooling and ventilation of various raw grains, oil crops and non-powder finished grains in shallow round silos, room silos and vertical silos equipped with mechanical ventilation systems.
