《GB/T 30010-2013船舶能效设计指数验证方法》由TC12(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会)归口,TC12SC7(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会船舶理论与实验分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准主要规定了设计阶段和试航阶段对船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)的验证方法,为验证船舶达到的EEDI值(AttainedEEDI)提供指导。
本标准适用于GB/T30008―2013表1所列的12种国际航行海洋运输船舶、表2所列的3种国内航行海洋运输船舶和表3所列的6种内河运输船舶“达到的EEDI值”验证,不适用于这些船舶类型中具有柴油-电力推进、透平推进或混合式推进系统的船舶。


Scope

This standard mainly specifies the verification method for the energy efficiency design index (EEDI) of the ship in the design stage and sea trial stage, and provides guidance for verifying the EEDI value (Attained EEDI) achieved by the ship. This standard is applicable to the 12 types of international voyage ocean transport ships listed in Table 1 of GB/T 30008-2013, the 3 types of domestic voyage ocean transport ships listed in Table 2, and the 6 types of inland waterway transport ships listed in Table 3. Value" verification is not applicable to ships with diesel-electric propulsion, turbine propulsion or hybrid propulsion systems in these ship types.
