Class I tire test specifications
When using high-speed endurance testing machine, the following must be met:
- Displacement sensor accuracy ±1mm
- Rim profile must comply with the peak requirements of GB/T3487
- Test speed lasts for 60 minutes at 75km/h
New requirements for Class II tires
Key indicators different from Class I:
- Special marks must be permanently marked (height ≥ 12mm)
- Section height change rate calculation formula:
Z=(Zstart-Zend)/Zstart×100% ≤20%
