本标准规定了摩托车轮胎在负荷条件下，测量滚动周长和单位距离（千米）转数的试验方法。
本标准适用于所有新的摩托车轮胎。
Scope
This standard specifies the test method for measuring the rolling circumference and the number of revolutions per unit distance (km) of motorcycle tires under load conditions. This standard applies to all new motorcycle tires.
