本标准规定了单壁碳纳米管的透射电子显微术表征形貌的方法,及识别单壁碳纳米管样品中其他材料元素组成的能谱法。本标准适用于检测单壁碳纳米管的基本结构,包括形貌、缺陷、直径分布、管束大小和取向、结晶情况,以及元素组分和手性分析等。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for characterizing the morphology of single-walled carbon nanotubes by transmission electron microscopy, and the energy spectroscopy method for identifying the elemental composition of other materials in single-walled carbon nanotube samples. This standard is applicable to the detection of the basic structure of single-walled carbon nanotubes, including morphology, defects, diameter distribution, bundle size and orientation, crystallization, and elemental composition and chiral analysis.
