Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of multi-functional electric noodle presses. This standard applies to multifunctional electric noodle presses (hereinafter referred to as noodle presses) for the production of noodles, dumpling wrappers, wonton wrappers, noodle sheets and other products.
