《GB/T 32153-2015文献分类标引规则》由TC4（全国信息与文献标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了文献分类标引的术语、定义、规则、方法、程序、质量管理。
本标准适用于建立文献的手工检索工具、机读检索工具（系统），以及文献报道工具所进行的分类标引，也可供网络信息分类标引参考使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, rules, methods, procedures, and quality management of document classification and indexing. This standard is applicable to the classification and indexing performed by manual retrieval tools, machine-readable retrieval tools (systems) and literature reporting tools for establishing documents, and can also be used as a reference for network information classification and indexing.
