《GB/T 30751-2014建筑施工机械与设备移动式破碎机安全要求》由TC328（全国建筑施工机械与设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了GB/T 29009定义的用于建筑施工工业、破碎混凝土块和石块的移动式破碎机的安全要求。
本标准涉及了与移动式破碎机预定使用以及在制造商可预见的条件下使用有关的所有重大危险、危险情况和事件（见第4章和附录A）。
本标准适用于在建筑施工工业中使用的履带式、卡车式和半挂车式移动式破碎机。
本标准不适用于固定式破碎机。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for mobile crushers used in the building construction industry, crushing concrete blocks and stones, as defined in GB/T 29009. This standard involves all major hazards, dangerous situations and events related to the intended use of mobile crushers and use under conditions foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Chapter 4 and Appendix A). This standard applies to crawler, truck and semi-trailer mobile crushers used in the building construction industry. This standard does not apply to stationary crushers.
