《GB/T 30790.2-2014色漆和清漆 防护涂料体系对钢结构的防腐蚀保护 第2部分:环境分类》由TC5(全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
1.1 GB/T30790的本部分论述了钢结构暴露的主要环境的分类以及这些环境的腐蚀性。包括:
―――根据标准试样的质量损失(或厚度损失)定义了大气腐蚀性等级,描述了钢结构暴露的典型自然大气环境,对腐蚀性的评价给出了建议;
―――描述了钢结构浸在水中或埋在土壤中的不同环境等级;
―――给出了一些特殊腐蚀应力方面的信息,这些腐蚀应力可能引起腐蚀速率显著增加或者对防护涂料体系性能会提出更高的要求。

Scope

This part of GB/T 30790 discusses the classification of the main environments to which steel structures are exposed and the corrosiveness of these environments. Including: --Defining the atmospheric corrosion level according to the mass loss (or thickness loss) of the standard sample, describing the typical natural atmospheric environment where the steel structure is exposed, and giving suggestions for the evaluation of corrosion; --Describing the steel structure Different environmental classes immersed in water or buried in soil;--Gives some information on special corrosion stresses that may cause a significant increase in corrosion rates or place higher requirements on the performance of protective coating systems. The corrosion stress associated with a particular environment or level of corrosiveness is a fundamental parameter in determining which protective coating system to choose. This section does not deal with those special atmosphere (for example, the atmosphere in and around chemical and smelting plants) environmental classification.
