《GB/T 30790.7-2014色漆和清漆 防护涂料体系对钢结构的防腐蚀保护 第7部分：涂装的实施和管理》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
1.1 GB/T30790的本部分适用于车间或现场钢结构涂料涂装的实施和管理。
1.2 本部分不适用于:
―――待涂装表面的表面处理(见GB/T30790.4)和相应的管理;
―――金属涂层的施工;
―――诸如磷化、钝化的预处理方式和诸如浸涂、粉末涂装或卷涂的涂料施工方式。
Scope
This part of GB/T 30790 applies to the implementation and management of steel structure paint coating in workshop or on site. This Part does not apply to: -- surface treatment of the surface to be painted (see GB/T 30790.4) and corresponding management; -- construction of metal coating; Paint application methods such as paint, powder coating or coil coating.
