Scope

This standard defines the terms and definitions of frozen shrimp products, and stipulates the test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of frozen shrimp products. This standard applies to raw, pre-cooked, frozen whole shrimp, frozen Head Shrimp Products.
