《GB/T 30966.4-2014风力发电机组 风力发电场监控系统通信 第4部分:映射到通信规约》由TC50(全国风力发电标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
IEC61400-25关注的是风电场中各组成部分(如风力发电机组)和参与者(如SCADA 系统)之间通信的一般性要求。风电场各部分自身内部通信不在适用范围之内。
IEC61400-25设计了客户-服务器模型支持的通信环境,定义了以下3个方面的内容,并分别进行建模来保证实现的可量测性:
1) 风电场信息模型;
2) 信息交换模型;
3) 信息模型和信息交换模型映射到标准通信规约。
风电场信息模型和信息交换模型在客户端和服务器端之间构成一个接口。作为访问风电场数据的解释框架,风电场信息模型通过服务器向客户提供统一的、面向部件的风电场数据。信息交换模型反映了服务器的全部有效功能。IEC61400-25使得不同客户与来自不同制造商和供应商的服务器之间的访问具有通用性。
如图1所示,IEC61400-25定义的服务器包含如下几个方面:
―――由风电场部件提供的信息,如“风力发电机组叶轮转速”或“某一确定时间内总的发电量”,这些信息被模型化,并可被有效访问。模型化的信息在 GB/T30966.2信息模型中被定义。

Scope

IEC 61400-25 focuses on the general requirements for communication between components in a wind farm (eg wind turbines) and participants (eg SCADA systems). The internal communication of each part of the wind farm itself is not within the scope of application. IEC 61400-25 designed the communication environment supported by the client-server model, defined the following three aspects, and modeled them separately to ensure the scalability of the realization: 1) wind farm information model; 2) information exchange model ; 3) The information model and the information exchange model are mapped to the standard communication protocol. The wind farm information model and information exchange model constitute an interface between the client and server. As an interpretation framework for accessing wind farm data, the wind farm information model provides customers with unified, component-oriented wind farm data through the server. The information exchange model reflects the full functionality of the server. IEC 61400-25 enables commonality of access between different clients and servers from different manufacturers and suppliers. As shown in Figure 1, the server defined by IEC 61400-25 includes the following aspects: --Information provided by wind farm components, such as "wind turbine rotor speed" or "total power generation within a certain period of time", This information is modeled and can be efficiently accessed. Modeled information is defined in GB/T 30966.2 Information Model. --Exchange services for modeled information values, defined in GB/T 30966.3 Information Exchange Model. -- Mapped to the communication protocol, providing a protocol stack to obtain the exchange value from the modeled information (this part). GB/T 30966.5 defines the test cases related to information, service and protocol stack for the consistency test of server and client. IEC 61400-25 only defines how to model information, exchange information and map to specific communication protocols, and does not include how and where to implement communication interfaces, application program interfaces, and implementation recommendations.
