《GB/T 31002.1-2014人类工效学 手工操作 第1部分：提举与移送》由TC7（全国人类工效学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T31002的本部分规定了手工提举与移送质量的推荐限值,分别考虑了任务强度、频次和持续时间的影响。本部分为工作人群健康风险评价中多个任务变量的评定提供指南。
本部分适用于物体质量不小于3kg的手工提举与移送。
本部分适用于水平表面上中等步速(0.5m/s~1.0m/s)的手工移送操作。
本部分不适用于静态抓握物体(原地不动),推或拉物体,单手提举物体,坐姿手工操作,以及两人或多人提举物体。抓握、推拉物体的手工操作将在本标准的其他部分中规定。
本部分基于每天8h的工作时间。本部分不适用于分析一天中一个班次内的组合任务。

Scope

This part of GB/T 31002 specifies the recommended limits for manual lifting and transfer quality, taking into account the impact of task intensity, frequency and duration, respectively. This section provides guidance for the assessment of multiple task variables in the health risk assessment of the working population. This section applies to manual lifting and transfer of objects with a mass of not less than 3 kg. This section applies to manual transfer operations at a moderate pace (0.5 m/s~1.0 m/s) on a horizontal surface. This section does not apply to static grasping objects (fixed in place), pushing or pulling objects, lifting objects with one hand, manual operation in a sitting position, and lifting objects by two or more people. Manual operations for grasping, pushing and pulling objects will be specified in other parts of this standard. This part is based on a working time of 8 h per day. This section does not apply to the analysis of combined tasks within one shift of the day.
